Disorganization shows contempt for your clients; revealing your greedy true nature.
Consider this… how can you be helpful and caring if you can’t find the information your client needs when they need it?
Have you ever called a business needing information (that they should have on file) and they said, “we’ll have to get back to you.”
You paid them to take care of you and now they have to call you back?
If you’re like I am, you hang up the phone with serious doubts that they’ll ever call you back… because they seldom do!
Usually, you’re the one that has to keep on hounding them to get what you need.
That doesn’t make sense, does it?
