Stuck?

Micro-managers suck the life out of their own success. 😬

They’re so down in the details of the people in their business, they have zero perspective on growth.

Yes, bad things happen when you don’t know what’s going on. You are correct. No argument.

But have you considered amazing things can also happen when you don’t know what’s going on?

Hire people you can trust and then get out of their way…

Tell them #what outcome you want and let them figure out #how to get it done.

Help when needed, of course, but help them think for you, instead of you always thinking for them.

“Outsource your thinking, not just your working.”

Take your thumb off and go think bigger thoughts about what you should be doing next.

Leave your people alone for a few minutes, please! Give them a chance to be brilliant.
