Little Details Matter

Little Details

It is the simple things that matter…

Forget your girlfriend’s birthday or your anniversary and see what happens.

The little details in life often carry the most weight because they’re a sign that we care.

One day looks the same as the next to everybody else on planet earth, but you of all people should remember the day you got married.

We don’t expect anybody else to remember, but you better… or else!

The same rules apply to roofing sales…

Little things like answering your phone, showing up on time, faxing proposals quickly, etc. all matter.

It is tempting to let things slide once the ink dries on your contract, but as any married man will tell you, after you say, “I do”, that’s when the real work begins.

Start pushing phone calls off until “later” or missing your appointments and your business immediately starts to crumble. Not to mention what it does to your referral business.

You seriously can’t afford to ignore the simple things.

After all, they’re the most important things in life.

Peace,
Mike
